Chocolate Covered Strawberries
-1 scoop of 100% Platinum Standard Whey
-8 ounces of low fat milk or soy milk, etc.
-1/2 cup of strawberries
-A few cubes of ice if desired
Blend until desired texture is reached.
Peanut Butter Cup
-1 scoop 100% Platinum Standard Whey
-8 ounces of your preferred type of low fat milk
-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
-Few cubes of ice if desired
Blend ingredients until desired thickness is reached.
Chocolate Banana Pop
-1 scoop of 100% Platinum Standard Whey
-8 ounces of low fat milk or almond milk, etc.
-1 peeled whole banana (broken or sliced in to pieces)
-Some ice if desired
Use a blender to reach desired texture.
Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake
-1 scoop 100% Platinum Standard Whey
-8 ounces of any type of low fat milk
-2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese
-1/4 cup of blueberries
-Ice as desired
Blend together.
Mocha
-1 scoop 100% Platinum Standard Whey
-4 ounces of any low fat milk
-4 ounces of room temperature or chilled coffee
-Add some ice if you want
-Use a blender to mix all of the ingredients together.
Creamy Chocolate Orange
-1 scoop of 100% Platinum Standard Whey
-4 ounces of pure orange juice
-4 ounces of your preferred type of milk
-Ice as desired
Blend together in a blender.
Chocolate Pumpkin Pie
-1 scoop 100% Platinum Standard Whey
-8 ounces of any type of low fat milk
-1/2 of a cup of pure pumpkin puree from a can
-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
-Some ice if desired
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until you reach your wanted texture.
Chocolate Mint
–1 scoop of 100% Platinum Standard Whey powder
-8 ounces of low fat milk
-Some mint leaves to taste (or mint extract)
-Optional: a few cubes of ice
Mix together with a blender.
Chocolate Raspberry
–1 scoop 100% Platninum Standard Whey
-8 ounces of low fat milk
-1/2 cup of raspberries
-Add your desired amount of ice (optional)
Blend everything together with a blending machine.
