Where is my order?

Your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Service within 24 hours after you submit it. Once shipped, the transit time for your order to arrive varies depending on your location from us.

Depending on where you live in the USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), you’ll receive your order in approximately 2-3 business days.

If you live abroad (non-USA addresses including Canada), your order will arrive in approximately 7-10 days from the date your order was shipped.

Please remember that public holidays, inclement weather, and rural areas may increase delivery time.


How much will I pay for shipping?

Within the USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses), FREE standard shipping is offered.

International Shipments will be charged a flat rate of just $9.99, regardless of weight or cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We serve customers worldwide. We offer a world-class selection of nutrition products at significant savings over what you’ll find in local stores.

Remember that any applicable import duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs authority and you are responsible to pay them to your local authorities. Winners Nutrition does not collect these fees, nor quotes them. Please contact your local customs authority to determine if any import duty or tax is applicable to your order.

If your order is seized by local customs and not returned to us, we will not issue you a refund.

If we receive a package back from your country’s customs authority, we will refund you for the cost of the product cost less our actual shipping cost provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Do you ship to APO, FPO, DPO, and PO Boxes?

Yes. We regularly ship order directly to military bases around the world. These orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Service and the military takes over responsibility for the last leg of delivery. The normal transit times are 7-10 days. Orders shipped to PO Boxes in the USA will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will be packaged and shipped from our USA shipping facility.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with a tracking number required to track your order. If you did not provide us with an email address, please obtain your order confirmation number and call or email us to get your tracking details. You can check the status of your order under the “My Account” section of your Account.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply tell us over the phone that you wish to ship your order to another address.

What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?

Simply call or email us to advise us of this and we’ll be able to change it before your order ships. If your order has already shipped to the wrong address, please call us to let us know. Shipping charges apply if your delivery address is incorrect and your order needs to be re-shipped to a corrected address. Remember it is your responsibility to ensure that you submit your order with a correct shipping address.


Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes. You can place a phone order by calling (307) 509-0216 daily from 9am to 7pm ET.

How do I use the Shopping Cart?

The Winners Nutrition shopping cart is designed to protect your privacy, security and the accuracy of your order. All transactions travel through though a secure socket layer (SSL), which certifies encryption of your information so it stays confidential and protected.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart >> To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy” button when it’s displayed next to a product. If you change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process.

Changing Quantities >> If you want to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product and click on “Update Quantities”. You must click on “Update Quantities” in order for the new quantity to be saved.

Checking out >> When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on “Checkout” to send us your order. You’ll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We’ll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. It’s that easy!

Can I cancel my order after I submit it?

Yes. There are two ways to cancel your order:

1. Cancel it prior to it being shipped by contacting us. We will then cancel it and issue a refund.

2. If you wish to cancel your order after you’ve received it, simply return it to us (at your cost). Do not open the item(s). Please include a letter telling us you want to cancel your order, along with your name and order number.

Once we receive your order and verified that none of the item(s) have been opened and are in resalable condition, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund, minus our actual shipping cost. Please allow up to three (3) business days for this refund to appear as a credit on your credit card statement. 

Can I change the shipping address I initially entered?

Yes, you may change the shipping address on your order within 15 minutes of the time you placed your order.

Is there tax charged on my order?

Florida residents are subject to a 6% sales tax on all items. Tax is not charged on the shipping charge.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Please contact us for payment instructions if you’d like to pay using a check or money order.

Can I exchange an item I received?

Yes you can. Simply contact us within 7 days of the order date and tell us that you wish to exchange your item for another item.

You will be required to return the exchange item (at your cost) unopened and in resalable condition.  We suggest sending it with a tracking number as we are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail.

Once we receive it, we will verify its condition and promptly ship you the item you want instead.

If there is a difference in price between the item you first ordered and the exchanged item, we will refund that difference back to the credit card you used to pay for your order.

Money back guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our supplements and offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any supplement.

As a first time customer, if you order a supplement and are not satisfied with it, just keep it and contact us for a full refund. We will issue your refund to the credit card you used to pay for your order. Please allow up to three (3) business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

This guarantee is only valid for first time product purchases and lasts for 30 days from the date of your order.

If you bought more than one bottle of the same supplement that you want a refund for, we ask that you return them to us, unopened and in resalable condition.


How can I view the Supplement Facts for an item?

Most of the products on our site have detailed Supplement Facts available. Click on the Supplement Facts tab found on the product page to view it.

Is there a limit on how many products I can order?

We love it when you stock up on our products! To ensure our prices remain competitive, though, we reserve the right to limit how many units of a product you are able to purchase at one time. We also reserve the right to limit the total volume of any individual order.

What is the guarantee on the products I buy?

What currency are your prices in?

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Do you offer post-order price matching?

No. The price of a product at shipping time was the lowest price we were able to offer.

Do you price match with other retailers?

No. We always work toward offering competitive prices on all of our products.


Is my credit card information secure when I order?

We are a secure site, which means your confidential information is protected at all times.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable that your purchase is transacted with the utmost security. We employ the Internet’s strongest security technology, including the best SSL Certificates. Transactions are protected by the highest levels of encryption available to ensure security and privacy. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

If you receive your item(s) and find that they have been damaged or are not the items you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.  In this case, please contact us between 9am and 7pm ET daily for return instructions.

When you return the items, please include a letter that includes your order number, name, and reason for return. Without your order number, we are unable to refund you. Also include a copy of any email correspondence you’ve had with us.

We highly recommend that you return the items under a tracking number as we are not responsible for any returned items that get lost in the mail.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in resalable condition, unopened, and returned within 30 days of purchase. We will examine the returned items in our warehouse once we receive it.

If you choose to receive a replacement, we will ship it immediately.

If you choose to receive a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, we will process your refund back to the original account the money came from. Please allow up to three (3) business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. We are not able to process any refund until we receive the returned item(s).

I received my order and I’m missing an item. What should I do?

We ship your order with 99.9% accuracy using our shipping control software and by scanning the UPC bar code on every item in your order before we seal the package. We verify all items on the packing slip against the items that are packed for shipment. Since every package is weighed before shipping, we can easily confirm missing items. However, if you are still missing an item from your order, please contact us and provide your order number, name, and a description of the missing item.
